How would you like to reduce your anxiety fast?

Anxiety refers to the physical and or mental response to the sensations of feeling under pressure, overwhelmed, or fearful of circumstances that are yet to occur, a negative future projection. It can immobilise you, prevent you from living a full life and damage your health in significant ways. But there is now a fast way to reduce these anxiety symptoms.

What Anxiety Feels Like

The impact of anxiety occurs both in our mind and our body. Sometimes our mind absorbs most of the anxiety and other times our body reacts severely to the point of debilitating you with overwhelming panic. According to Headspace, there are several physical signs of anxiety including:

  • a racing and pounding heart rate
  • faster shallow breathing
  • feeling tense and tight in your body
  • having aches and pains (especially in our neck, shoulders and back)
  • sweating or feeling dizzy/lightheaded
  • body shaking
  • feeling sick in the stomach

Every person may experience anxiety differently. The triggers for our anxiety can be even more varied (Beyond Blue, 2022).  Many sufferers may find themself developing escalated anxiety as an issue they are fearful of becomes closer. This can include travelling away from home, flying, a dentist visit, public speaking, undertaking an exam or test and on it goes. Some pregnant women experience anxiety thinking about their new arrival and if they will cope, be a wonderful mum or how life is about to change forever.

New Innovative Anxiety Reduction Treatment

A newly researched innovative rapid anxiety reduction method (RARM) to treat and relieve anxiety has recently been developed. This new method combines psychotherapy and clinical hypnotherapy to aid in the fast reduction of anxiety symptoms. It uses the power of strong visualisation, which is guided by a qualified and trained therapist, to assist the client to minimise the intensity of the trigger or cause of the anxiety. This enables you to feel more relaxed, reducing that old feeling of anxiety and developing confidence to manage the issue you were once fearful of.

When clients obtain this RARM session, they often arrive in an escalated state of anxiety just thinking about it. Worried and fearful of an event or issue approaching. As we proceed through the RARM process you can noticeably witness the positive response as the client relaxes and considerably lowers the magnitude of their fear, concern or anxiety positively, and in such a truly remarkable rapid way. Upon the completion of the RARM session, almost every client has a feeling of escalated excitement to face or undertake the event or experience they once so dreaded. You are left with a feeling of empowerment and confidence.

When we were researching this new innovative treatment, I taught it to a select number of professional therapists. After their training, they commenced using the RARM and the reports were nothing less than incredible and exciting. Overall, after their session, clients reported they felt no anxiety and had no fear remaining. They expressed a growing sense of enthusiasm for something they never believed they could feel enthusiastic about. It was reported by all clients and therapists, that their RARM treatment had been entirely successful. They each followed up with their client days, then weeks later, and the benefits remained as strong. In addition, those who had experienced panic attacks were now free of those as well.

Time to reduce your anxiety levels

For those battling anxiety, it can be a long, arduous, and sometimes tortuous journey.  Those who have been correctly trained in the use of RARM can assist you in quickly reducing your anxiety, not just for tomorrow but for the rest of your life. The past issue need never be an issue ever again; it can now be a past memory. Imagine how amazing that will feel when your anxiety has gone.

Kids with Anxiety Benefit Too

child anxiety

The exciting news is that kids can greatly benefit as well. Although we have only used it on a handful of kids from 6 – 16 years, each of them showed a significant reduction in their levels of fear and anxiety. Those issues related to performing in front of others at school or concert, at change over of separated parents, attending an appointment such as the dentist or having a needle, and general fears of life become overwhelming for the child to manage.

To find out how you can rapidly reduce anxiety in a flash, get in touch with Karen Phillip. If not now, then when? Depending on where you live, you can also find other therapists I have trained in RARM by visiting my college website at the Australian Hypnotherapy College. Those with websites listed are professionally trained in using RARM.
