Communication Harmony hits the bestseller list. It’s a brilliant book on the Art of Conversational Success

Many training colleges now use the Communication Harmony book as part of their teaching texts for therapists, teaching the art of conversational success and improved communication skills.

Communication Harmony was initially written for individuals and couples to learn the three secret power words and NLP techniques. Designed to teach people how to de-escalate conflict in every conversation through the art of skilled communication techniques. The learnings from Communication Harmony can aid everyone with techniques and strategies for influential communication skills. What was so wonderful to discover is the assistance it has provided to the counselling therapists’ own lives as they use these strategies in their therapy rooms and in their personal lives. People are now getting on board and reading Communication Harmony to implement the strategies to benefit their own life and take control in every conversation.

Imagine being able to guide and influence every conversation, and have those delicate discussions that remain on track, straightforward and easy to resolve. All without the escalation of emotion that can cloud our mind, and send our conversations off onto a path of anger or misunderstanding.

To share some comments from those who have read the book –

A reader wrote – “I will be using so many of these skills, such as finding out how others process (V, A, K, AD), so I can engage in the right questions. I will also be paraphrasing everything so I do not assume anything. I will be asking open-ended questions to keep the person interacting and engaged. I am now aware of the different speeds of processing thoughts between males and females. I will also be looking for the signs of lying to know when others, including my kids, are not telling the truth. My favourite part of the learning would have to be the Elixir, to establish and let the other person know that I care and understand“.

Words from a Counsellor who read the book when undertaking their training – “The skills that I have learned through reading Communication Harmony will enable me to better build rapport with whomever I am communicating with. The skills will also enable me to avoid conflict that may arise from certain situations/conversations. I can now direct the conversation to resolve the issue rather than engage in conflict or dispute. I found this unbelievably valuable in all areas of my life. The frameworks within the book are clear and easy to apply and practice in everyday conversations. I am excited I can educate my clients to utilise these strategies as so many attend due to communication issues“.

All of us should strive to empower ourselves and those we care about.  Learning the art of conversational success is an extraordinary power to have. This empowerment can start with improved and influential communication skills. Using the three secret power words to eliminate drama and conflict from every conversation allows us to remain calm, logical, and solution-focused at all times. Understanding ourselves and others’ processing style is an advantage to each of us, along with the finer points of reading body language and becoming curious in all communication. Learning the subconscious influencers while obtaining greater freedom enables us to remain in control, guide the conversation, and get the outcome we want.

I urge anyone who may want to improve their conversational style, guide any conversation to where they want it to go and be in charge of the outcome they wish to obtain, purchase, read, and use the skills and techniques provided.

Communication Harmony is available on Amazon, Booktopia and all good booksellers.
